Frankie Sue Posted April 12, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted April 12, 2010 What I mean is "the most bang for the $". I am more familiar with Holland America but for example, in the Holland group, usually the SY cabin is cheaper than the SS but equal in size and amenities. Or sometimes in some categories you get a larger balcony with certain cabins, etc........ Sometimes the most expensive is not necessarily the best buy. Again thanks for helping. I think that would be the opposite of a "value" balcony. While the suites are great, they are very expensive. The following staterooms are among the lower price range, but have significantly larger than normal balconies: Sunrise Deck: 7159, 7206, 7215, 7219, 7241, 7245, 7260, 7264, 7286, 7290 Continental Deck: 6155, 6156, 6209, 6215, 6237, 6241, 6210, 6214, 6236, 6240 Some of these rooms have partially obstructed views (i.e. if you look straight down you will see the life boats), but all offer very large balconies.
