Did anyone use Airport Express Shuttle from San Pedro pier to LAX?

You can get a private Super Shuttle for 9 for about $127 including tip. I just booked one a couple of weeks ago.

We used SuperShuttle a couple of years ago. They were on time and we had no problems with them. The cost was $36 each way for 2.

I've only used PrimeTime and SuperShuttle at the pier as they have the biggest presence. With both of those, you can hire a private van that should be cheaper than paying a per person rate to the airport.

I checked their website and see $84 for a 9 passenger van. Are you tipping $43 (sounds high) or is this a great round trip rate?
