From carnival...there are two excursions listed. One is Turtles, Turtles and more Turtles and it discusses Boatswain's Beawch.

The other one references the Turtle farm ..is there a difference?

Has anyone been on either of these..and where did you get to snorkel?

The turtle farm is part of the Boatswain's Beach complex---some tickets and excursions only include the turtle farm, whereas other's are all inclusive and include the lagoon and pool. There have been some negative reviews in the past regarding the cleanliness of the pool/lagoon area---there were some comments on this Cayman board and also on trip advisor.

We did just the turtle farm last month. You probably won't spend much more than an hour at the turtle farm---they have various concrete outdoor tanks with turtles of different ages in each tank. The guide explains the purpose and history of the turtle farm, and also at each tank, he discusses the development of the turtles. We were given lots of opportunities to hold some turtles for pictures, etc. There is also a small eating area, and a nice gift shop. There is a turtle hatchery but that was closed for renovations.
