Change in Dinner Menus on FOS?

Another poster mentioned a dinner menu change (which was mentioned by a Concierge). Does anyone know for sure if the menus are changing? I made my reservations at the specialty restaurants based on the menus.

Menus can change at any time. So you are taking a chance when booking your specialties.

The Portofino menu changed on the Independence when we sailed in March. We missed a few items.
