After our day at the beach????

Our ship is going to be in Cozumel from 8am-10pm.We already have Nachi Cocom booked for the day and were wondering besides shopping or heading back to the boat right away what else would be fun to do??? Is Chankanab Park worth the price of admission without doing any of the animal things???

I googled the park and it seems that all the aspects are only open from 8-5 or 4pm.
