Celebrity Summit or NCL Dawn with kids?

I would base my decision on the dining, since Celebrity has the scheduled dining and NCL has open dining. Will you want to get together every night at the same time and place? or, will you want the freedom to switch it up?

The thing I liked least about our cruise on NCL was Freestyle Dining. Everybody on the ship wants to eat dinner around the same time anyway (how much dinnertime creativity really exists?) and it led to a choice between a considerable wait for a table versus the lido buffet many nights. Since we were travelling with a two-year-old, we ate at the buffet more than we would've liked.
