I need a picture!!

I was telling my H about some of the pictures that were posted of ships being affected by the hurricanes. I remember one picture in particular that was posted. It was a ship (don't remember which one) with water completely covering the outer decks. The waves were crashing up onto the top decks. It really was a spectacular picture. I believe it was taken by the Coast Guard.

 

Does anyone know the name of the thread that this was posted in? A link to this? Or if I am lucky have the picture saved? I have searched for days and can't find the post. Please help.

There are some pictures like you are talking about that are hoaxs. I haven't seen any that are real to help you with.

WOW!!! I was on that ship a few months prior. I don't think I'm brave enough to plan a cruise during hurricane season. For those of you that do, more power to you!:D

That's the one I was thinking of too, and like you, I'm also pretty sure it's a hoax. The photo may be real but the description is off.

As I recall from Truth or Fiction,com, the photo is real, but the description is wrong. It was not during Hurricane Isabel. The Triumph wasn't anywhere near Hurricane Isabel.
