Has the Oasis added............................

On other RCI ships, they have the map on the in cabin TV's that show the ships current position, miles traveled, etc. The Oasis did not have this in January but I was told it was coming soon. Anyone on recently know if they added it?

Just off Oasis 5/1. The chart is depicted with the track that the ship has sailed but not too much detail. No ship heading, speed or distance traveled or to the next port. Only data shown in position (Lat and Long) and wind speed. Very disappointing that with everything else this ship has RCI could not have a better presentation on the TV.

Sounds like they still do not have the new system operating yet then. The new system is supposed to offer everything the old one does and new information not normally shown through the ability to interact (more like the TV system than a TV channel). In January all they had was the webcam, not even a map so I'm guessing that means the new system is having issues and being delayed if they've felt the need to install a basic map system.

Awww, too bad. I usually have that channel on when we're just relaxing in the room and when I wake up in the morning and wonder where we are.
