Diamond Shopping

We are doing a Western Carib in Oct. Planning on buying new wedding rings. What would be the best port to do my shopping in? Would I get a better deal if I waited and bought when I do my Eastern Carib? Planning on buying a 2 carat ring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have bought a couple of pieces from Diamonds International, both in the Eastern and Western Carib. My suggestion is to do your homework. You will need to decide what quality diamond you are looking for and price it by comparing apples to apples. The price of a 2 carat diamond will vary dramatically based on the quality. You should have an idea of what you are willing to spend because you can get wrapped up in making a purchase that you may not be happy with later and it is not as easy as driving to your local jewelry store to exchange. I am very happy with my purchases.
