Mahogany Beach Vs Bamboo or Reggae Beach

Will be sailing on the Emerald Princess. Recommendations for a beach. I saw some comments that Bamboo beach is not ideal for swimming. How is Mahogany Beach for a half day adventure?

Bamboo and Reggae are essentially the same beach. They are separated just above the beach with a canvas "wall". Bamboo beach was the party side. Reggae was bare bones.

 

We just got back from Reggae beach. It was beautiful. The water was great. It does drop off pretty quickly. We swam out a little but mostly stayed where we could stand with our heads out of the water.
