Bus from Isla Verde to OSJ?

Hi,

Anyone know if there's public transportation from Isla Verde (Embassy Suites) to OSJ? If yes, is it pretty direct or lots of stops on the way? How much is it? Not wanting to pay for cab fare if we don't have to. Thanks.

We rode the public bus from Isla Verde to OSJ about a year and a half ago. It was easy and free (though I believe they started charging shortly afterwards). The front desk at the hotel should be able to help you.

There are a lot of stops (it is a city bus) but I enjoyed looking out the window and watching the people.

Yes, it is easy to do. You need to walk a block or 2 down tot Isla Verde Ave. Look for the A5 bus. But it has lots of stops- I think it takes about 34-45mins. Costs $0.75. Stops running at 10pm.

It is ok to do during the day, but I would take a cab back at night.
