Zuiderdam Inside Passage SC Suite 4180 or 5190?

Hubby and I tentatively have reserved sc suite 5190 for our Inside Passage Cruise next May. From the photos that I have seen, suite 4180 looks like it has some breathtaking views. On the other hand, suite 5190 is fully covered and might better protect us from some of the elements (wind, rain, etc).

My questions are:

1) Is it very windy on these aft suite verandas? Does the fully covered balcony help with protection from the wind, or does it create a wind tunnel?

2) Does the fully covered balcony in 5190 hinder viewing?

3) Is there a great deal of vibration on the 4th deck aft cabins?

Any insight on this is greatly appreciated, thank you :)
