Flight from Seattle to Anchorage

Hello,

 

We are on the Direct to Wilderness cruise tour on the Coral. What airline does Princess use for the included Seattle to Anchorage flight? What is the usual time? Can one use FF miles to upgrade on this flight?

It will either be Alaska or Continental, and usually these flights are booked in a bulk fare bucket, so they aren't miles-upgradeable. AS will offer upgrades to F at the time of check-in if they aren't full with Elite complimentary upgrades, but these are VERY desirable flights for U/G, so your chances are slim, at best.

I have upgraded to first Class twice on Alaska Air right at check in.

 

The cost was $100 pp but when you consider that luggage is was then free, it made it less painful. The upgrade was great for the 4 hour flight....

Alaska is a good one to use,at least we have always liked them;)
