Clean My Camera

I'm having trouble cleaning my camera sensor... I'm tired of "drops' on my cruise pics. :eek:

 

Any good products you can recommend that will not break the bank? I already tried the Hurricane Blower, but need something a bit stronger. I use a Nikon D40X.
