Century Suites NS

Looking at the NS suites on the Penthouse deck of Century. We definitely want an aft-facing balcony, and these seem to be it.

 

Question: Is there any covering on the balconies at all, or are they completely open? Also, with the Sunset Bar being right above, is there falling debris from the bar, and smoke?

 

Thanks for the help. We are HAL cruisers being lured to Celebrity, and sort of feel lost. :eek:
