Mendenhal Glacier and Wildlife Quest

Good Morning dear CC members, I hope I'm posting in the right area...but here goes...has anyone done the Mendenhall Glacier and Wildlife Excursion in Juneau? Do you see a lot of the glacier? Do you get pretty close to the face of it? We're cruising in late June and are debating whether to take this glacier excursion or the Tracy Arm one that Carnival is offering? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA:)
