Looking for tuckernyc!!!

Recommended Posts

I saw a post of yours on the "fix it" board yesterday, and noticed you are booked on the 9/11 Jewel sailing. We have a roll call going on the M&M board, and we need you! Be sure to register for the M&M party on the RCCL website (you have to link through CC), and if we don't get enough people, we'll have to set up a meet ourselves. Come join us!

EmilyGrace,
This is all new to me, as perhaps my earlier post indicated. What exactly is the meet and mingle? Does this occur on board? My husband and I are certainly up for meeting new people, especially since it will just be the two of us. We will be happy to help meet any necessary quotas. I would imagine this particular cruise will be a very popular one, don't you imagine? Just clue me in a little more. Thanks

Okie dokie, here goes.....

You can go to the Royal Caribbean Meet and Mingle board here at CC....just go to the top of the regular RCCL message board and there is a link to it. Then on the M&M board there is a link at the top to register, and this will open up a window to the RCCL website to the page where you register for the party. If we can get 25 people registered, RCCL will have a little get together for us on board, providing the place and light refreshments. If we can't get the required # of people, we are planning on getting together sometime during the cruise. I would think it would be on the one sea day, since we know no one would have an excursion planned.

Yes, I think this cruise is popular, since it is almost sold out. We'll see how many cabins come back on the market when final payment is due. But we're really excited about this itinerary.....it's just my husband and myself here, too. We're from California, so this is a big deal for us, especially since I don't like to fly. But I'm willing to do it if there is a ship waiting for me!!!

I would suggest waiting until the boards have been converted (Laura says they're going back to working on it on Monday) and then doing a search on the M&M board for "jewel 9/11/2004" and that should take you to our thread.

Hope to see you on the boards here and definitely on board the Jewel. Have you been on any of the Radiance class ships? They are beautiful!

Carol
