We are looking for a Europen cruise right now , concentrating on the inclusion of Madeira. At this point we are wondering if it is worth the effort or if we should concentrate on a different route.

We noticed that the Legend of the Seas gose from So.Hampton to So. Hampton covering the Canary Islands as well as Madeira.

Thanks for your input

If you're looking for a European cruise that includes Madeira, you probably going to be limited to doing the Canary islands as well. :( As you say the Legend of the Seas is doing that route and you will find that P&O will have similar routes (but if you like X forget P&O since it's not a patch on X) I also think Costa do the Canaries from Italy either Savona or Genoa? so that way you get a bit of the Med too and avoid the Bay of Biscay :)

If you get to Madeira the sled ride in Funchal is fun, just get the cable car and you'll get the sled just by the church at the top.
