I've sailed with them a few times. You can usually board around 30-60 minutes after the ship arrived in port. Beware that facilities aren't always open pre-departure, although with such a late departure, they almost certainly will be. When I've sailed withGNV its been hit and miss whether the restaurant was even open (rather than self service) and whether it was offering a full service - they sometimes have a very reduced menu. In high season this should be fine.
