High alcohol prices on the Navigator

Recommended Posts

We were aware that alcohol was quite pricey on the Med cruises , i found it ridiculously high at $7-48 for a beer and the cheapest bottle of wine $18 ,would never consider smuggling wine onboard i dont really see the point as we dont spend any time in the cabin apart from sleeping ,why oh why are the drinks so pricey though ? apparantly they arent as pricey on the caribbean cruises is there a reason for this ?

In case you're interested here is a link to a thread that discusses drink prices on the Navigator:

Thank you have read that with interest ,will have to compare what the prices are on our Caribbean cruise in September ,It was really my only gripe about the cruise , i did know that prices would be high before booking so i am not complaining as such just wondering why they are so high , i have my answer now , its high purely because they can get away with it .
