Liza j Posted July 10, 2010 #151 Share Posted July 10, 2010 I agree with everyone else, the rooms look very sterile and uninviting  I was on one NCL cruise a few years ago and would never go on another again. Give me Princess anytime, 13 cruises and we have never had a bad one. Leaving for our 14th in 36 days.
guy44134 Posted July 13, 2010 #152 Share Posted July 13, 2010 I agree with you from the first letter of your post to the very last. Princess generally attracts a nice customer...freshen things up a bit. I also agree with this posting. Look at how Holland America, an even more traditional line than Princess, has added some modern flair to it's ships, especially its cabins. m steve Posted July 13, 2010 #153 Share Posted July 13, 2010 NCLs search every bag policy will keep me from cruising w/them again. And charging corkage for every bottle of wine no matter where you drink it is insulting. I like my drink in the cabin in the afternoon and prefer to bring my own like I do w/ Princess and HAL w/o ever having a problem. I like the curvy room layout and their restaurants seem quite creative.
