Luggage Valet Question

When using the luggage valet do you have to "meet up" with your luggage and bring it through customs? Would you be able to put your toiletries into your luggage at this point since you can't carry liquids on the plane?

We used this yesterday and loved it! You tag your luggage and put it out by 11pm on Friday and you don't see it again until you claim it at your home airport. So, to answer your question, no, you don't have to meet up with it for customs.

 

We had to be pretty smart about our toiletries, because everything we had with us had to be carry-on. For example, we took a full-size bottle of conditioner on the cruise and almost finished it by Saturday so we just threw away the leftovers. Alternately we could have taken a smaller bottle to transfer the remaining to and bring home.
