Ship Time on Carnival Dream

Does anyone know what ship time is on the Carnival Dream? I am trying to plan an excursion in Cozumel. The ship is scheduled to dock at 10:00 am, but I have no idea what that is compared to Cozumel time (Central time).

Every time we've gone out of Port Canaveral the ship time has been eastern time - so 1 hour later than central. Assuming the Dream would be the same

We were there a week ago and it was a 2 hour difference. Ship stays on east coast time.
