excursions.. when will they be available to book?

To all the experienced RC cruisers! We are booked for a Thanksgiving week FOS sailing... right now we are not able to book any excursions yet....how many weeks or months before the sailing do they post the excursions on their website?

We are going on SOS 10/3 and just were able to book yesterday. Still can't book for our 10/10 criose.

I know its not exactly the same since its another line but we leave 10/31 on Princess and still are waiting to book...so it seems like its not too uncommon
