Name of Restaurant in Cozumel with Mariachi Band

A number of years ago on a Carnival cruise, my DH and I went to a restaurant with a mariachi band for lunch. It was wonderful and we want to bring my parents there for lunch in October. The problem - we can't remember the name.

 

Most of the tables were completely in the shade (a roof but it was open air). Any ideas? Thanks

Palmeras also has marriachi's most of the day and it's right across from the pier.
