Glacier Point Wilderness Vs. Murray's Guide

Just wondering people's opinion what to do: Glacier Point Wilderness excursion or rent a car and do the drive with Murray's guide?

That's an apples-and-oranges comparsion that will depend on your interests and your budget. The Glacier Point trip always gets rave reviews.

I agree - it's an Apples/Oranges type question - however, from personal experience - at least one of your trips to Alaska in your lifetime, you should do the Glacier Point Wilderness Trip. We did it on our first trip and still highly recommend it to anyone going through Skagway! It packs in so much adventure and sightseeing, totally worth it!

Completely agree with dcsetman. We did GPWS in 2004. Highlight excursion of the trip. Cruising back this summer and we are doing Avis/Murrays Guide in Skagway.
