lobster in specialty restaurants/o sheenans on embarkation

is there an additional fee for ordering lobster in the specialty restaurants (like on most other ncl ships), or is it all part of the service charge? also was osheenans opened during embarkation?

At Cagneyès there is a $10.00 up charge for lobster, king crab and a very large steak.
