MrHydro Posted October 13, 2007 #51 Share Posted October 13, 2007 We had a stop in Margarita last December and I had a tour booked thru Marcella & Steve Tinsman - Crusin-N-Style Very nice people and extremely reasonable. Unfortanally <sp> we were 4 hours late arriving and didn't have the time to do anything. We weren't able to contact her due to generator problems on the ship. She sent us a email saying she had waited the 4 hours for us and was sorry we couldn't show us the island. I understand it take 5 to 6 hours to properly see what this island has to offer. The beach by the ship is not much of a beach by any means defiantly plan to take a taxi to some other beach unless you enjoy a very crowded location a 100 yards or so from the side of the ship. I will defiantly use Crusin-N-Style the next time we stop. If your a beer drinker ask her to pick up some local beer and have it on Ice (it's quite good) Try http://www.casatrudel.com/crusin-n-style.htm if interested Hope this helps all. 55J5-5 Posted November 9, 2007 #53 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Has anyone done the Dessert and Shore Horseback Riding excursion on Isla Margarita? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you. I would be interested in this info too.
