Wine Package Question

I know this may be a very stupid question but it is early in the morning and my coffee has not kicked in.

 

Here it goes, lets say I order the 5 bottle wine package, do I get to choose my wines? When? when I order the wine package?, or do they bring me a wine menu to the dining room table?:confused:

The listing of wines in each package is on line so you can look before you choose. Then, each night, you'll choose from that same listing...the menu will be on the table. We usually have a red and a white open. They'll save anything you don't finish until the next night and it will be there waiting for you when you arrive.
