viaggiatrice Posted April 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2004 I know its Baily's, Banana Creme liquor and colada mix. When I make them at home I use lots of Bailys, some Banana liquor, a real banana and I add some rum too, a little colada mix in it, the rum is really good. I don't know the measurements, I just play with it.

campingman Posted April 19, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2004 Thanks for the BBC Site.Probably the most respected broadcaster and news gatherer in the world. Its ashame that on a lot of cruises we are subject to mostly local commercial pop garbage and continued sensationalism. Hopefully it wont be too long when we can listen and watch fine broadcasters via our Suites, on line/computer/tv. Long live Public Broadcasting. Rich&Natalia Posted April 19, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 19, 2004 On our last cruise, DW's sea day afternoons consisted of a pool chair, a book, and about 6 BBCs. You can google and get different recipes for the drink. I would suggest using one that calls for real bananas. It really makes a difference. As viaggiatrice said, play around with the amount of Bailey's and colada mix / coconut creme to get the taste you want. Happy drinking. -Rich 'til I'm back on the Galaxy
