Budget car rental in Halifax?

Has anyone used Budget car rental in Halifax? Are they clsoe to the pier?

 

We currenlty have a reservation with Enterprise, but DH would like a convertible and Budget has one. Any opinions?

From my research and information from this and other boards, the only rental agencies close to the Halifax pier are Alamo and National. Both are on Hollis St in the VIA rail station which is across the street from the pier.

There's a Budget location at 1588 Hollis St which is one street up from the waterfront. It would be about 1 mile from the pier; probably a 10 minute walk.
