dolphin encounter grand cayman or cozumel

Hi, could you tell me if we should just do a beach day here as I heard they are really nice or do the dolphin encounter and beach or do the dolphin incounter in cozumel at the park where my daughter and 4 and 10 yo DGD's can do the encounter and my husband and I can snorkle or lay on the beach in the park.
