Hi. We will be in San Juan December 10, 2010 and I would like to know which company offers the best Bioluminescent experience and also what the cost would be per person.

There is more than one bay. If you are considering the one in Fajardo we used Kayak Puerto Rico and were very happy with their tour. They have a very nice website that has all the details.

 

Check the phase of the moon for your proposed dates because it is much better when there is no or very little moon.

 

Note that if you are staying in SJ the cab fare one way is about $90 so unless you have a lot of folks you want to ask about and arrange for a company pick up (about $20pp, round trip)
