I tried to "view my cart" for shore excursions (I was going to print it out, since I'm through purchasing), and I just keep getting a message saying they are trying to retrieve my info. So then I went to boarding documents to try to look at those and I got a red message about being unable to find the info. Now, I've printed these out already, but I was just checking out of curiosity. It's probably too soon to panic, but I was just wondering if anyone else was having trouble accessing info. Thanks! I'm in charge of purchasing excursions for the whole family (21 of us), and I can't do a thing!!! I'm starting to panic, 'cause we leave in a month, and nothing is scheduled!!! I called RCCL ... first they told me it was my computer, but after trying themselves, was told they are experiencing website difficulties (now there's a revelation! lol) They told me I could fax in a shore excursion purchase request and would be sent a confirmation email when processed.
