Yes, only one as of now.

It's the Treasure Bay casino at Our Lucaya in Freeport.

They will give you $10 free play to sign up for their Players Club (free).

But I lost my A## the last time I was there in July.

Machines are pretty tight.

Better off spending your money at the "Prop Club" bar and grill on the beach (at Our Lucaya) for a nice lunch.

THAT is a sure thing. :-)
