New Crown & Anchor Member

I have been trying to register as a Crown @ Anchor member over the last few months. I filled out the form on the RCCI website, and it tells me they will email me with my membership number within a few days. I still have not received that email. Should I call RCCI directly to see if I am set up? I had already booked my second cruise with RCCI prior to to signing up, will I still receive a coupon book at my sailing? Thanks very much for any info you may provide!!

Call Crown & Anchor and explain the problem. They can sign you up over the phone and give you your new number, they can also attach that number to your upcoming cruise.

 

You may be put on hold for a while. They are very busy right now. I had to do this as My Crown & Anchor number was also assigned to another person.

Easiest way is to call 800-526-9723. It takes only a couple minutes and they will give you your number. The sooner you're a member, the sooner you'll get the magazine with coupons.

I just logged on to the website and emailed them with our names, address, dates of birth and the date of our cruise and they enrolled me via email and 3 weeks later I received our membership cards in the mail.

I never received an e-mail either, but I did call, received a number over the phone and received my card within a few days.

You are all so lucky. My wife and I have been members for over 4 years and are yet to receive a single issue of the magazine or any coupons and this is in spite of bringing the matter to C&A' attention both on board ships and via e-mails.
