"smart" tv

I have found conflicting information regarding services available from the in cabin television. This is my second cruise , my first was on the Elation. On that ship the television was simply that. I have seen from other posts that the Freedom has sets which are capable of booking excursions, checking s&s balance, and posting the dinner menu. My question is can room service also be ordered using the TV? On my last cruise that card thing you hang on the door for next day service fell off twice, causing me to miss my morning cup of coffee.:( I am hoping this can be done electronically to avoid this in my next cruise. Also any other ship tips would be appreciated, thanks

None of the Fantasy class ships have interactive TV nor does the Destiny.

All the rest do but features vary by ship...
