Los Haïtises National Park. with toddler?

anyone been here? what's it like? looking for things to do with our boy.

 

It's about 45 minutes across the bay via FAST and BUMPY boatride. Take that into account. I saw a kid about 18 months in the boat who seemed to take it in stride.

 

Once there, it's a number of interesting-looking small islands covered with birds, mangroves, and a couple of caves with Taino Indian rock drawings on the mainland. It is informative and natural but no flashing lights or Disney characters.
