carnival online... no not about onboard internet

for the last 2 hours i have been trying to access my "manage bookings" site with carnival. is this normal? the security they run must be stronger than fort knox. i thought that maybe it was me and logged onto my online banking and some credit card sites. no problem. just cant get access to carnival. anyone else having this problem. getting a bit paranoid. cruising in 11days and i would like to print out my luggage tags at some point.

Try using IE. I am still getting a message, "We are not currently available,'' when I try to open the site using AOL. If I use IE, I have no problems. That may not be the issue you asked about but using a different server might give you different results.

I am not having any problems using Fire Fox.

With that being said, I have had problems before intermittently managing my bookings. I'd suggest keep trying it every so often, sooner or later you'll get a hit.

I had problems yesterday using FireFox, but none today.

I am having no trouble with Safari (mac). You might want to clear out your caches and see if that helps.

I was just on the Carnival site, checking our documents and ordering from bon voyage gifts - no problem. I am using FireFox

I've had some problems with their website, just thought ccl was updating.

Several people have reported experiencing some CCL website problems in the last few days. I was having problems over the weekend, now things seem good for me. Good Luck! :)
