I've always know a "whale Tail" when a man or a woman(bu funnier on a man) to wear a thong on the beach or out in the sun, get a tan, and they have a white whale tail on their butt/backside. It seriously looks like a whale tale! Sorry, I was thinking it was only people that wear thongs.
