Photos Not Showing Up In Post!

Hello everyone I hope you can help me. When I look at peoples pictures that they have attached to there post I only see a box with a red X in it. What is the problem? Am I missing something? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

If you are using Internet Explorer, Go to Tools > Internet Options...Click on the "Advanced" tab...scroll down to the "Multimedia" section and make sure "Show Pictures" is checked.
