SCUBA in Cococay, Bahamas

Coco Cay is a nice dive site, it is a shorter dive and good for beginners or if you haven't dove for a while. The visibility is usually very good. They do a one tank dive and it is a lot of fun. The dive site is fairly shallow and it can be a fun dive.

Nassau is like apples to oranges. There are multiple dive sites, wrecks, reefs, wall, Stuart Coves Shark Dives etc. Most of the cruise lines use Stuart Cove. They are very good. If you book through the cruise line you will get the standard cruise line tour. If you want to do one of the other dives they offer (they have a menu and are world famous for their shark dives) you need to book with them directly. They also do a two tank dive so you get more dive time in Nassau. If you can dive them both!
