Need private tour guides for Scandinavian/East Europ cities, esp for Berlin-Thanks

Please share your experience on the private drivers/tour guides you have used in the Scandinavian/Eastern Europe countries, especially for Berlin (e.g., Berlin Starting Point or others...)So far we have only made arrangement with a private tour guide for St. Petersburg. Recommendations on private drivers/guides would be appreciated...Sooner or later hopefully we will be visiting most of the European cities...For this Constellation sailing, we will have limited time in ports and would like to have the best experience possible (2nd/3rd choices for us would be ship tours and hop on hop off)...
