Explorer of the seas?

The Voyager Class ships, of which the Explorer is one, do not have "Diamond" Lounges nor a "Diamond" Concierge. There is supposed to be concierge type assistance available to Diamond C&A members at the Diamond Breakfast dining room located on Deck 3 (sorry, I forget the name of this dining room).

The Concierge Lounge, available to guests in suites (Grand and higher) and Diamond Plus C&A status, is located on deck 9 midship on the Explorer.

The daily "Diamond Event" is usually held in the 19th Hole lounge located in the Viking Crown Lounge on deck 14.

Diamond Lounges are currently only available on Freedom Class (Freedom, Liberty and Independence) and Genesis (Oasis and Allure).

Yes, just came off the Explorer of the Seas, and fellow Diamond member said they took concierge lounge away for the Voyager class-passengers! We only could go to the 19th hole for a drink (one), and the Balboa breakfast room where they served you so slowwwww, but can get free lattes and capuccino's! I think I will try one of the Freedom class- ships!!!
