Onboard Credits

Has anyone not used all of their onboards credits during a cruise? If not, what happens to those credits?:confused:

We had some leftover from our last cruise, so I went to the Customer Relations Desk the last night and got the balance in cash. We got our credit from a price drop after final payment. Not sure how it works now that the rules have changed.

last Jan we got credit to our seapass account for any credit we had not used.

When we see we still have lots of OBC on the last day, we run, scream, order additional frozen drinks and hit the casino. This leaves us without any OBC leftover. What's wrong with us????
