Daft question... apple juice

Hi

 

I'm due to sail on the Azura next week and have been doing the necessary list making. MY son (18 months) loves apple juice and drinks little else...will I be able to get this on board or should I bring some with me. Thanks in advice

They definitely had it at breakfast and I am sure you can buy it at the bar too. Have a great time! We have just returned from Azura with our 15 month old, so if you have any questions just ask away. We had a wonderful time

It was fab which was why we booked P&O again (we were on Ventura earlier in the year). It kind of depends whether you have a good sleeper though. Ironically my daughter won't be put down at home without a fight but she is good as gold in the night nursery. I used to get her PJs on and wheel her up in the pushchair then give her a bottle and just recline the seat, and she used to settle herself. They do need to be asleep or settled/calm when you leave them. Some parents get them to sleep first then take them to night nursery in the buggy or put them in one of the cots. They will give you a pager and then call you if there is a problem (they will always try and settle them first). Take a blanket that you can put over the pushchair (if you use it in night nursery) as it will be really bright when you come out.

 

I can't praise the youth team on Azura enough - they are really good. The night nursery is a playroom for the babies in the day and they have loads of stuff in there as well as some organised activities on sea days (but you need to stay with them). You can also go to activities in the 2-4s room if you stay with them, e.g. my son was doing water play in there so I took the baby along too and she loved it.

 

The children's tea is good too. There are plenty of options (not all junk) and lots of good finger food.
