QM2 - Concierge Duties

Recommended Posts

We are booked in a P1 Suite on the crossing to New York on 16 April.

Can somebody tell me what we can expect from our concierge and whether/how much we can be expected to tip for gratuities to him/her. This is our first cruise and we notice that we also have a steward.

The concierge services are available through an office on Deck Nine only if you choose to use them. I enquired about alternative restaurant bookings with them and they asked me if I wanted to call the restaurant myself. If this is indicative of the rest of the services they provide, you don't need to concern yourself about providing gratuities.

Enjoy your crossing.
