We were confirmed for a shore excursion at 12:30 and now according to the personalizer we are confirmed for the 9:00 a.m tour (same tour, just earlier). I know we can cancel up to 24 hours prior, but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how you handled it. My guess is that there probably were not enough people signed up for the tour so they combined them. Any thoughts or suggestions. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We didn't find out about the change until we boarded and I asked my husband to check the excursion tickets and time before he put them in the safe. It had been changed from morning to afternoon, we took them back and they said the first one was cancelled, so I told them to cancel our excursion and they did. We got scheduled for the early one at 8AM, when it should have been later. When we found out, I canceled, & had a better time just going to the beach with friends. They never notified us. Good thing we looked and changed it again, because it was in the middle of the port day. We want enough time to do other things. The excursion was cancelled altogether - something about having problems with the tour company on the island, which was too bad because it was anticipated as being the highlight of our cruise. We took another tour, but it was not as good. Remember, you are only putting your spoke in to say that you would like to go on that particular excursion and are willing to pay the price asked.
