Lambface Posted October 2, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2010 Hi, We'll be sailing from Copenhagen next July. I've been reading about drink packages. How do you find out about these? What types of packages are there? Beer? Wine? Mixed Drinks? How does it work and how much are they? Any information you can supply would be greatly appreciated! :)
AmoMondo Posted October 3, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2010 Hi Lambface There are basically 3 different types of drinks packages 1. All Inclusive (includes most drinks just a few things like the good brandies, single malts excluded and wine is just the house wine) 2. Unlimited drinks at meals - you basically get as much beer, wine water or soda at lunch and dinner but only in the MDR or buffet. No drinks at any other time are included 3. Individual drinks packages - beer, wine (just bottles), cocktails, vitamin drinks (non alcholic cocktails/fruit smoothies), soda, water. These work as a book of vouchers and you hand over a voucher everytime you want a drink. 1 & 2 have to be pre-purchased before your cruise and everyone in the cabin has to buy the same package. 3 - some can be bought in advance and others are available at any time, any bar onboard here's the link for the section on the MSC USA site that has details of packages available. http://www.msccruisesgetforms.com/
