The Stowaway Freddy and Friends Fantasy Getaway Group Cruise Review 9-18-2010

Hello everyone, "Stowaway Freddy" here again and my friend Smoofdaddy is allowing me to post my review of my sixth cruise, The Stowaway Freddy and Friends Fantasy Getaway Group Cruise.

 

For my sixth cruise me and my friends went on the Carnival Fantasy out of Charleston. We were on the 6 Day cruise to Freeport, Nassau, and Key West.

 

So, now that the intro is out of the way....I'll get to the review. Stay tuned as it will take some time with all the pictures that I'll be posting

Pre-Cruise: Holiday Inn Riverside, Charleston, SC.

After a very long drive, We finally arrived in Charleston. We pulled into our destination at the Holiday Inn Riverview, and were quickly greeted by friends before we could even get out of the car! Happy to see each other, we all went to the pool to relax and catch up.

Soon it was time for dinner, which wasn't very good but the company was.

We headed back to the pool area after dinner to socialize some more and plan the next days events.

As it was getting late and we were tired from the long drive, we decided to call it a night.

Day 1: Embarkation

The day that we had been planning for for over a year had finally arrived! In total there were 64 in our group but there were many that we never even saw. They missed out on all the fun! The 20 or so of us that did gather together daily had a blast!

 

My cousin, NBA star Eddie decided to join us on this cruise,

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately Eddie is a hardcore drunk and a sex addict. He tried to hump everything in sight. This isn't the NBA Eddie, you don't have groupies here!

 

 

 

 

After being constantly knocked unconscious because of his aggressive unwanted advances, he spend the rest of his time alone. Supposedly he fell overboard somewhere between Nassau and Freeport, but I think he just flew off disgusted at himself.

Unfortunately I do not have anymore pictures of the first day as I left my camera in the room before dinner and Smoofdaddy's battery was dead in his.

Dinner was great that night as always and afterwards several people went to check out the piano bar. Smoofdaddy and I went to hit up the casino. The tables were very good to us that night and we stayed till closing.

Staggering back to my room I was dismayed that I didn't have a lady friend waiting for me in bed as I usually do on most cruises. It actually would be this way all week. I guess my reputation has preceded me.

Day 2: At Sea coming tomorrow.

Day 2: At Sea

After a long night in the casino, I slept in and slept like a baby. When I woke up there was a note that everyone was up on the adults only Serenity deck. I really enjoyed this area as it was very relaxing and offered a great view!

After a few hours relaxing, it was time to meet up with everyone else at our usual spot and toss back a few cold ones.

 

 

We were up on the lido deck enjoying our sea day for several hours. Afterwards I hit up the casino again and won $450.00 in less that 5 minutes! That was sweet!. Luckily someone remembered where I was as it was time for our group picture and they came and grabbed me. Considering this was my group cruise, it would have been bad missing the picture!

 

 

Tonight was "Elegant Night" but I just wasn't feeling it. Usually I throw on my tux as manny have seen the pictures, but tonight, I ordered a sandwich from room service and went back to the Casino. I heard that I missed a huge" thumb war" competition between Jeff and Allen.

 

 

Since Jeff lost he had to feed Allen desert. HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!!!!

 

 

I met up with everyone after dinner at the piano bar. This was my first visit this cruise and Tom was great!

 

 

 

After Tom finished, I decided to call it a night and head to the room. It had been a long day and I was ready for bed.

 

Day 3: Nassau coming soon.

Tonight was "Elegant Night" but I just wasn't feeling it. Usually I throw on my tux as manny have seen the pictures, but tonight, I ordered a sandwich from room service and went back to the Casino. I heard that I missed a huge" thumb war" competition between Jeff and Allen.

 

 

Since Jeff lost he had to feed Allen desert. HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!!!!

At Allen's age he needs to be fed....LOL....

Since Freddy skipped Elegant night,I thought I would fill in some blanks. These handsome guys represent 3 generations of a family,all onboard celebrating. Love the formal oops...Elegant wear:)

Jeff had a new date this night.Who is that very cute girl?

I'll tell you a secret about Mama Linda(who was asking Who stole my Bottle of wine...if you buy her shots,she will drink them)

They sure were were nice looking.Originally,I saw 3 and asked if I could get a picture.Then they called all these guys over.A woman who was with them asked"who is that,do yall know her"?Anyway we had a nice conversation and I found out there were 26 of them there and all dressed like that.I loved the shirts and sunglasses
